Ginny has found her perfect job. She has always wanted to do contract work at Microsoft. Without a degree she has been able to secure 3 stable year-long contracts with Microsoft. She has been working contract jobs at Microsoft since 10/07 but the contract she got were short-term. Now she has 3 long-term ones and is interviewing for a 4th contract that would be 20 hours. During her contract time, she went back to school to get a certification in Project Management and eventually plans to take the certification exam to be a PMP. She will enjoy an $11K increase in annual salary while only working 25 hours a week.
